Getting there
45 min from the Agadir airport (AGA)
Taghazout sits on a single road, the one that follows the Atlantic between Agadir and Essaouira. Agadir airport is forty-five minutes south, which puts the village within a three-hour flight of Europe and a transfer the same evening.
Everything in the village is walkable, and the breaks are ten minutes apart by shuttle. Marrakesh is three hours inland: close enough to end a trip there, far enough that the coast stays quiet.

Against that, beginner friendliness is the lowest figure on the grid: the rock bottoms are unforgiving, and a first week belongs in the bay or at Banana Beach.

Yes, but not everywhere. Banana Beach and the bay are sand-bottomed and forgiving; Anchor Point and Boilers are not, and neither is a place to learn.
